Summary of position

Weeping Ridge North (Spokane, WA) provides healthcare for children and young adults that have medically intensive care needs.  Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN’s) are responsible for assessing health needs of up to 12 residents.  A recognition and assessment of how those needs are integrated into family reunification and/or support systems. Documentation of all treatments and care.  Recently added electronic system for ease of medications, plan of care and many other supportive measures.  Local supportive physicians that are consulted on a regular basis in order to have updated plans of treatment providing the upmost level of care. The nurse on duty is responsible for supervision of the resident’s care.

Weeping Ridge Estate and West (Othello, WA) provides care for adults that have medically intensive care needs also. The Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN’s) are responsible for assessing health needs of up to 6 residents.  A recognition and assessment of how those needs are integrated into family  support systems. Documentation of all treatments and care.  Recently added electronic system for ease of treatments, medications, plan of care and many other supportive measures.  Local physicians that visit on a regular basis in order to have updated plans of treatment and again providing upmost level of care. The nurse on duty is responsible for supervision of the resident’s care.
